1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your course, please contact us at connect@learnwithtechexpert.com as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:
- A non-refundable portion of 15% of the total course fee is applicable in all cases.
- If a student decides to withdraw before classes begin, they will receive a refund for all fees except the non-refundable 15% course fee.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- If a batch is canceled, enrolled students will have the option for a refund or to be accommodated in new batches.
- If a student requests a refund before classes start, they will receive a reimbursement for all fees except the non-refundable 15% course fee.
- No refunds will be issued if a student is unable to complete the course or chooses to discontinue for any reason.
- It is important to note that refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be issued after 1 week or 5 hours into the course, whichever comes first.
- Proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any refund requests received after the specified period will not be considered.
- Downloadable course materials and resources.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
